Studio Garneau really put some thought into how to make this small apartment great for entertaining while still being functional. One of the parts for me is the functionality of the bathroom and closet combination.
The seemless wall in the entrance of the bathroom is really a hidden door to a great walk-in closet. They have even provided a frosted glass pocket door to close off the bathroom from the closet for more privacy.

To create more privacy this wall of storage was added between the bedroom and the closet/bathroom. This is a great way to provide more storage without taking up a lot of space. It also illiminates the need for a dresser in the bedroom.

Tile covering the ceiling, walls and floors makes this room easily cleanable. The hidden storage continues that organized, clean look and also helps when cleaning.

I love great space planning and this apartment definately has it from the Murphy Bed to the kitchen bookshelves and counter dining room combination.
