Last Thursday night, the By Design ladies were invited to celebrate the opening of Thorntree's new showroom at the Houston Design Center.  Thorntree was established in 1980 and  offers the largest selection of slate and unique natural stone, both to the Houston area and nationwide.  Their new showroom displays there their unbelievable array of natural and man-made products with marble topped work tables, an curved wall of honey gold onyx, and some of the most unique glass tiles I've seen!  You can learn a little more about Thorntree by visiting their website, or stop by one of their two Houston showrooms.
