French Country Home - Masterful Craftsmanship

French Country Home

It takes a lot of skilled and knowledgeable people working in harmony with the homeowners to create a custom home.  Myself, my design team, the builder, all of his crews, vendors, manufacturers, installers, craftsman, etc...etc....all have to work together to make a custom home exactly or better than the client imagined.

So here's a salute to the incredible people that help make this project a tangible, living entity that melts my heart every time I walk through the doors.

Pool bath

*Handmade, hand-cracked tiles in a one-of-a-kind design adorn the walls of this pool bathroom.
*Perfect for your poolside guests, this little bathroom is complete with it's peek-a-boo window in the exterior door.
*The wall mounted vanity saves space in this tight spot as well as adds a beautiful charm to the space without taking away from the special tiles.

Dining Room

*Custom window treatments add a whimsical touch to this space without diminishing the beautiful natural light.
*New and larger scale upholstered host and hostess chairs tie in the existing furnishings with the new ones.

Powder Bathroom

*This built-in vanity looks like a beautiful piece of furniture with it's copper vessel sink, rounded design and furniture-like feet.
*The hexagon shaped floor tile, an unusual wall hanging mirror and mosaic backsplash add fun touch to this commonly used space.

Study Ceiling

*This beautifully textured ceiling is stunning to look at from either the ground floor or from the Juliet balconies on the second floor.  Masterful painting and stencil work make this man's study a perfect place to relax.

It depends on the size of the room the shade of blue. You could try a real light brown or tan.The tile for the floor can be one that has seavrel shades of tan brown in it.One other thing you could check for,see if there's a Habitat for Humanity store in your area. You can get some really fantastic buys from them.Sinks, tubs, toilets, tiles, paint a lot of other building materials.I've bought from them have got items for about 1/3 the price of the other stores. They have a lot of new things,as well as used. The nice thing is the money you spend there goes to help other families that cann't afford to fix their home.I've bought 52 ceiling fans for $ 12,5 gallon buckets of paint mixed to the color I needed for $ 30,furniture at savings of over $ 600,light fixtures for $ 10 and the list goes on.Check under habitat for humanity stores . Good luck
