Sometimes weekend getaways are the perfect thing to refresh and rejuvenate yourself, especially during a busy time. And finding a great place to stay makes it all the better.
For a long weekend, I escaped to Galveston and was able to stay in this adorable Victorian home near downtown Galveston and very close to the Strand, Galveston's historic district.
Not only was it a perfect home-away-from-home for a few days, it catered to something near and dear to my heart, great design!
