There are these little things in life I like to call "Happy Accidents;" things that you wouldn't have wished to happen but when they did, the result ended up being much better than your original plan.   An old client of mine had one of these "happy accidents." Their bathroom developed a leak and after some debate on how to fix it, they decided to do a small remodel to update their bathroom. Above are a few "Before" pictures.
