Before and After

I love before and after photos!  Its so great to be able to see a beautiful transformation.  I recently found these before and after photos in the Traditional Home magazine!

By adding great architectural details, a chandelier and warm colors they were able to turn this house in Hollywood into this...

Love it!  Don't underestimate the importance of trim details and a new coat of paint!

I just finished my first btolte 3 days ago and forgot to order the 2nd btolte. I agree that there is a bit of a jittery feeling at first but that went away for me. What I really like about these pills is that I am rarely hungry and when i am hungry it doesn't take much to fill me up. It really forces me to drink water because it makes my mouth a bit dry. Now that I've been off of it for 3 days I still feel like my body doesn't need to eat as much and I'm sure its because my body is getting used to smaller meals, but my cravings are back majorly. Really, if you started taking this in the first place you obviously felt a need to lose some weight and you thought taking pills was the preferable route over the gym and changing your eating habits alone. Which is fine. I mean I have about 15 lbs left to go and this in combination of keeping less crap in the house was my choice. With a full time job, a single mom of a 15 month old and other obligations workouts are not always possible. Of course there are going to be slight side effects, you can't expect a magic pill all together. BUT for me, personally, my appetite has gone down dramatically, my energy up and I'm getting a ton of compliments about how I look. I suggest if you know you're going to resort to a weight loss supplement versus a more traditional method of weight loss, I highly recommend giving this a shot. But don't flip out after a week, people have to realize that regardless of what you take, your body needs more than a couple days to figure out what its trying to do. Good luck!!
