Recently, I specified refrigeration products from U-Line for a client and was delighted when By Design was invited to a wine tasting event highlighting some of their products.And I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was excited about the wine tasting part as well!
Manna Distributors and Milestone Distributors hosted “A Celebration of Wine” at Benjy’s in downtown Houston last week to showcase the amazing wine fridges, which can be set at two different temperatures to store varieties of wine.

Dan Redmond with Mosaic Wine Group worked hand-in-hand with Robert Craig, a wine maker from Napa Valley and the chefs at Benjy’s to create an amazing night of wine pairing.

Each wine was stored at a different temperature to demonstrate to us the versatility of their products and to educate us on how to properly serve wine. For example, more often than not, people serve white wines too cold, which mutes their aromas and flavors.

The wines were incredible and each bite of food was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t get enough of the Chicken and Sausage Pizza and my assistant Erika had three Kobe Beef Meatballs!
